"Tout était parfait ! Un seul point c’est la cuisine en piscine avec notamment un burger en piscine avec un steak surgelé qui n’a rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Beaucoup d’aliments sont sourcés localement et les restaurants le soir sont très bien donc on etait très déçu de la qualité de la cuisine coté plage et piscine. En dehors de cela le cadre est parfait, le personnel est tres attentionné, le service en chambre qui passe deux fois par jour. Le lit est fait et préparé pour qu’on peut s’y glisser le soir, le calme et la propreté "

However, there were long hairs on the floor and in the bathtub, but that’s secondary compared to the impeccable quality of service. The breakfast was varied and generous. The pool and private beach are a highlight for us as we journey each year to Asia and this is our time to relax and prepare for the onward journey home. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and Sophia in Guest Relations was wonderful in preparing for us a one-day outing to El Jim. "
